**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new projects and initiatives.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Present financial data and analysis to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with procurement and operations teams to manage expenses and evaluate supplier contracts.
- Evaluate investment opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of strategic decisions.
- Ensure efficient and accurate financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in financial management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
