**The role**: The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Planning Consultant will play a key role in coordinating and managing the development and implementation of Queensland Health's Digital and ICT Planning processes by capturing, analysing, prioritising and presenting Digital Plans, ICT strategies and investments to governing bodies in support of the ICT investment decisions making processes.
Specifically, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of Digital and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) planning within Queensland Health to ensure ICT investments are strategically aligned, prioritised, well defined, planned and managed, and that Queensland Health maximises the value of ICT to health service delivery and outcomes.
Strong written communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills are a key requirement of this role, as is your ability to negotiate and influence relationships with and between key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation including senior and executive management.
