Hays is partnering with Australias leading tertiary institute, where the ITS has responsibility for the University’s digital ecosystem, and is leading the delivery of the Digital Master Plan, a 10 year strategic roadmap for the transformation of the University’s digital capability. ITS works in partnership with Colleges and Service Divisions in order to provide an engaging, seamless and safe digital experience that enables our students and staff to excel.

**Your new role**

Under the broad direction of the Associate Director, Capability & Practice:

- Lead, mentor and coach members of the Change Chapter to achieve strategic and personal goals, continuously improve their skills and knowledge, and support career development. Ensure you and your staff remain up to date with industry best practice and emerging trends related to the chapter's area of expertise, coordinating and facilitating educational upskilling and training activities as required. - Drive workforce planning and recruitment activities to support the delivery of quarterly business goals and strategic objectives.
- Work with chapter members to develop and continuously improve change frameworks, tools and templates to ensure consistency and quality of change deliverables into the value streams and across ITS.
- Champion the chapter and its capabilities; representing its members and practices in forums with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the Transformation Lead, Digital Master Plan and other Chapter Leads, Value Stream Leads, and Delivery Leads to ensure the organisation is working in a unified and effective manner, including creating strategic alignment across different portfolios.
- Provide specialist knowledge, support, and advice on the Chapter area of expertise as it relates to all areas of major work within the ITS Value Streams.
- Provide regular reporting to senior internal stakeholders on measures of success using relevant benchmarking frameworks and systems.
- Comply with all ANU policies and procedures, in particular those relating to work health and safety and equal opportunity.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Postgraduate qualification in relevant area e.g. Change Management; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and/or training and a people focused change approach and delivery style

2. Demonstrated high level of achievement in working with diverse stakeholders to understand business needs, advising on best practice approaches and working effectively across organisational boundaries and disciplines to deliver against key objectives.

3. Proven experience leading and implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement and organisational change on which generates co-benefits to other university priorities.

4. Ability to work effectively and collegiately with staff, students and other stakeholders, successfully building buy-in and developing internal and external networks to deliver in a collaborative way.

5. Considerable experience in leading and managing highly skilled specialist staff and diverse teams, providing high quality client-focused levels of service.

6. Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating staff and building a team with a strong commitment to its professional development and a growth mindset.
