The Group is currently experiencing a period of growth in the marketplace and enjoying an exciting period of activity across all segments of operations. This phase requires an appointment of a Transport All Rounder to support the Transport Management team.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Facilitate internal concrete plant fulfilment and external customer requirements through effective raw material allocations to maximise volume, profitability and customer service
- Be committed to the quality improvement process by participating in improvement initiatives and making suggestions for efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide administrative support to the TNG Transport Management team
- Ensure full administrative and NHVR compliance of all embedded and casual transport contractors to TNG
- Maintain open communication with management, drivers and contractors to support fleet compliance and NHVR legislation
- Maintenance of contractor cartage alterations, surcharges and contract entitlements

**Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office administration role or a logistics role preferably within transport operations
- Legislation and Compliance - ability to maintain all applicable Safety and NHVR Vehicle Legislation requirements related to administration activities
- Knowledge and ability to implement requirements of NHVR regulations, health and safety standards and Chain of Responsibility
- Relating and Networking - establishes good relationships with contractors and staff, relates well to people at all levels
- Supporting - provides TNG Transport Management Team with clear direction and sets appropriate standards in all matters relating to Transport administration
- Delivers results, sets high standards for quality and quantity, monitors, and maintains productivity, works in a systematic, methodical, and orderly way
- Adapting and Responding to Change - adapts to changing circumstances, accepts new ideas and change initiatives, can think outside the box and generate alternative
- Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence
- Agility and resilience to work within a constantly evolving business environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised and able to balance competing and diverse priorities

**Additional Information**
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s licence
- Must have permanent working rights with no restrictions
- Hours are Monday to Friday day shift hours with the occasional Saturday morning
