**Position**: Fleet Allocator

**Role Overview**:
Manage a fleet of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

**Key Highlights**:

- **Customer Focused**: Maintain excellent communication across all levels, ensuring solutions-focused service.
- **Operational Accountability**: Oversee all administration tasks in your area and ensure efficient and cost-effective utilization of vehicles and staff.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Attention to detail encompassing safety, NHVL including fatigue and CoR, and customer requirements.

**Specific Duties**:

- Allocate work, vehicles, and staff to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure vehicles and staff are utilized efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Clear communication with drivers, colleagues, and customers.
- Report weekly to the Operations Manager on mutually agreed KPIs.
- Source loads external of prime contracts to keep our vehicles running.
- Source subcontractors as required to meet customer requirements.

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best outcomes.
- Ability to balance customer service with the best interests of the company.
- Lead by example with a clear focus on best practice planning and execution.

**Additional Information**:

- **Salary**: $70k to $90k + super (depending on experience)
- **Location**: Brendale
- **Hours**: 8am to 4pm (with the expectation of being contactable out of hours)
