**Our client is seeking an Organisation Development Advisor to join their team.**

**The Opportunity**:

- **Meaningful Impact**: Contribute to the successful delivery of the Department's People Strategy and Workforce Plan through a range of organisational development programs.
- **Diverse Responsibilities**: Support the People Matter Survey, learning and development programs, people awards, and review documentation for performance and development activities.
- **Executive Engagement**: Prepare presentations to maximise executive engagement in OD initiatives.
- **Action Planning**: Assist in the Department's action planning processes and programs.
- **Collaborative Environment**: Join a team player environment, emphasising collaboration and relationship building.
- **Drive Change**: Motivated by driving positive change within an organisation.
- **Project Success**: Experience the sense of achievement from seeing projects through to successful completion.

**About You**:

- **Collaboration Skills**: Exceptional skills in collaborating and building relationships.

- **Project Completion**: Enjoys seeing projects through to completion successfully.
- **Organisational Development**: Experience or interest in organisational development programs.
- **Presentation Skills**: Able to prepare engaging presentations for executive engagement.
- **Supportive Attitude**: A team player attitude supporting the Department's goals.

This role will be admin heavy, so project experience in HR spaces may be considered as well.
