Your Way" - And of course great people, great culture and great work **About you** - You are a proactive, service-oriented individual with a tertiary degree in business, business development or marketing and at least three years' demonstrated success in a professional services business development (BD) environment. - You have an exceptional track record in delivering business development initiatives and are known for your stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Working alongside high-performing colleagues, you have the ability to switch between detail and the bigger picture, and have experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders for business outcomes. - Your excellent communication skills, strong focus on improving processes and commitment to driving brand position and portfolio growth will ensure your success. - Concep and its suite of online marketing tools, - Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), - MS Office (in particular MS Teams and SharePoint), - Video editing, content and production platforms, and - Open Practice and Aderant (practice management systems) and document management systems, particularly iManage. **Your role** This opportunity is broader than the typical Business Development Coordinator role you would find in firms of a similar size.- You will be responsible for developing and delivering business development initiatives and activities to meet the relevant practice group’s objectives and increase brand awareness. - A key area of focus will be the development of tenders, pitches, capability statements and submissions to drive growth and recognition. - You will also work with partners and practice group staff to market the services and expertise of groups through the development and deployment of thought leadership content, market leading events, sponsorships and other profile-raising activities. - Implementing and executing profile raising strategies, you will be committed to keeping the client at the centre and supporting key practice groups in effectively managing BD functional activities. **About Gadens** Gadens is a leading, independent Australian law firm, with a clear vision and strategy for the future.
