**Description**:
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will work within the Dymocks Sydney Special Orders Department to manage, source, and supply corporate and debtor customers including schools, libraries, and corporate business clients.

You will build a database of Corporate Accounts both debtors and paid-up front as well as identify and pursue business leads to achieve growth in the corporate position of the Dymocks Business.

You will certainly have a love of books, or gifts and stationery. More importantly, you will be an expert in CRM, and you will be the sort of person who is passionate about achieving sales targets, is sales driven and sales focused. Incentive bonuses will be offered for the achievement of corporate and debtor sales targets.

Reporting to the Special Orders Department Manager, your additional duties will include:
Answering and receiving incoming phone calls to the store
Directing calls to the correct departments
Customer service over the phone
Customer Service at the SPO register
Keying special orders

**Skills and Experiences**:
**The successful applicant will have**:
Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated success
Previous experience achieving KPIs, driving results and achieving financial targets
Expertise in CRM
Strong and effective written and verbal communication
Ability to provide superior levels of service to every customer both in person and over the phone
A self-motivated, sales driven and sales focused mentality
Ability to multitask, work accurately and maintain a strong focus on the detail
Passion for and knowledge of our products - our range gets bigger every week
