2 X Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week
**Salary**:Grade 15 - $96,481.38 to $105,718.93 plus Superannuation
**Location**:33 Moore St, Liverpool

Reporting to the Manger of the Safety, Wellness and Insurance team, Council is seeking highly passionate and experienced Safety Business Partners to join the business unit.
**ABOUT THE ROLE.**
The main objectives of these roles will be to partner with the organisation developing and implementing safety programs and initiatives that drives culture, visible leadership, and performance.
The positions will be required to provide practical safety management advice and guidance. You will be responsible for the implementation of new practices, policies, and procedures to manage the risk of work, health & safety.

**ABOUT YOU.**
To be successful in the role, you will be required to demonstrate advanced skills and experience relevant to this role. Such as:
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related discipline or relevant experience.
- Return To Work Coordination training, or willingness to complete within three (3) months.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a willingness to obtain within three (3) months.
- Current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence
- Superior written and oral communication skills, combined with a capacity to build and maintain relationships consistent with the requirements and expectations of the position.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing a range of proactive safety and wellness initiatives that empowers stakeholders to prevent and resolve safety issues.
