- Monday to Friday

The Practice
Our Practice is located in a renovated Victorian house along the leafy service road of Queens Parade with
off-street car parks and public transport access. Our team consists of 7 GPs, 2 Practice Nurses,
4 Receptionists and allied health professionals with a plan to grow. We use streamlined systems, workflows
and resources, and optimize technology use to improve efficiency and reduce workload for our team. We
enjoy what we do, and as such we provide high quality, comprehensive care to all our patients. Check out
The Role
Our Practice is growing and we are looking for a Practice Manager whose experience will help them lead our
team to success. With an immediate start we are looking for an experienced leader who can:

- Be a core part of the Leadership Team and be involved in key decision making
- Oversee operations and ensure compliance
- Promote organisational health and growth
- Create a productive and enjoyable work environment
- Optimise the Practice’s financial health
- Promote presence and impact in the community

You are a natural leader with an invested interest in supporting hard working, motivated individuals. You
inspire, motivate and engage the team to optimise performance while maintaining a healthy work ethic. You
create an environment that is both safe and supportive, productive and enjoyable. Your passion for
improving the patient experience influences high levels of customer satisfaction. You are highly motivated
