Reporting to the Venue Manager, as an **Assistant Venue Manager** you will be fully responsible for the restaurant/café/bar operations. You will be responsible for day to day operations as well as leading the team and overseeing all administration and reporting. By effectively leading and engaging the team, you will cultivate a positive and productive team culture and provide the highest level of service, which is unique and personal, achieving results in line with financial budgets set, including minimising payroll and operating costs and maximising revenue and profits.

You will ideally have 2 years minimum experience in a venue/restaurant managerial role, bringing your passion and expertise to Ovolo. You will have extensive knowledge in all thing's food and beverage, in particular mixology and wine knowledge, of which you will be able to pass on to your team and therefore pass on to our guests
