**Client Service Coordinators**

**$65,000 to $70,000 (based on experience)**

**Hit the ground running**

Due to huge growth within the pre-site department, our client requires experienced administrators who can hit the ground running. Established for over 30 years, our client is an award-winning builder, who designs innovative and affordable quality homes.

**About You**:

- Provide exceptional client service
- Ability to build strong relationships with our valued clients
- Strong administrative skills and be solution focused
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
- Experience within the residential building industry is preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of residential building
- Outstanding interpersonal and communicational skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient and professional customer service- Update clients on the process from initial design to completion- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Ensure accuracy of all documentation and ensure project progresses on time- Liaise with internal departments to stay informed at all times- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Mentoring, training and upskilling will be available to further enhance your existing skills.

As part of the recruitment process, the successful applicant may be required to undertake police/criminal checks, medical, drug and alcohol testing.
