**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a **Receptionist** (Part time)to work for an **NSW Government** based in **Woronora** near Sutherland. This position is **3 days a week**. The days would be **Monday, Tuesday and Friday** and will be working **onsite from 8.30am to 4.30pm** for an **initial contract period of 3 months with the view to be extended or potentially go permanent.**

**ONLY LOCAL TO WORONORA CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Undertake Reception duties including responding to and directing incoming calls, relaying messages, greeting visitors, and maintaining and updating staff directory.
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service.
- Timely resolution and problem solving of Reception and customer/stakeholder issues, or escalate to Senior Receptionist where appropriate.
- Providing general office support
- Administration and clerical duties
- Making bookings
