Three Blue Ducks in Rosebery are currently searching for a Casual Events Team Leader to join our growing team in our Rosebery venue

Three Blue Ducks is a group of passionate, sustainability-focused restaurants with locations across Australia. Our Rosebery location is a vibrant venue located in the heart of Sydney. Nestled in a spacious, rustic warehouse, the venue offers a relaxed atmosphere with a focus on serving ethically sourced, seasonal dishes.

**About the role**

Three Blue Ducks is seeking an experienced Events Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Rosebery

As an Event Supervisor, your main objective is to ensure successful delivery of the event from end to end whilst providing excellent customer service to venue hire clients, their suppliers, and guests. You will lead a team of events staff to ensure the seamless delivery of memorable experiences for our guests.

**What you'll be doing**
- Act as the key point of contact for venues clients and internal event owners on the event day, providing a high standard of customer service.
- Review event orders to ensure a sound knowledge of each event at the start of each shift, with responsibility to oversee the delivery of the full event process from set-up, through to service and pack down.
- Mentor and develop the events team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar events supervisor role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of event planning best practices
- Adaptability and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
