**What You'll Do**

In this client-facing, relationship focused role, you will be responsible for successfully managing large events, client relationship management and event success. If you are a great communicator, love organizing engaging events/trade shows and drive business success with it, we want you on our team

As the Events Manager, you would be leading all the major events and trade shows across Australia and New Zealand while working closely with the Executive Leadership Team at Ingram Micro.

In this role, you will report to the GM of Marketing for ANZ and you will be based out of Ingram Micro Sydney office and work closely with marketing, business partners and stakeholders.
- Responsible for planning, directing, and organizing trade shows and special events across Australia & New Zealand
- Tracking projects, managing vendor activities and conducting vendor research
- Developing new vendor relationships, coordinating and supervising trade show activities and communicating programs and events
- Organizing and planning logistics for organization meetings and special events
- Managing event finances including budget tracking and reporting
- Leading the creation of events and programs focused on client or event outcomes, delivering commercial success both for vendors and Ingram Micro
- Participating in developing sponsorship sales plans and renewals
- Establish and maintain outstanding working relationships with all stakeholders to enable successful events

**What You'll Bring**
- Proven work experience as an Event Manager preferably in IT industry
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience with sponsorships and recruitment of sponsors
- Prior experience in managing major events and trade shows
- Strong relationship-building skills and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Able to handle high pressured situations and is adaptable & can reprioritize at short notice
