We are seeking a friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our fast-paced office at Macquarie Park.

This role is for the full-time position, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).

Key Accountabilities:

- Answer the main office telephone number and connecting callers
- Ensure that all meeting room bookings and functions are delivered and managed
- Administer meeting room booking system and manage meeting room and function setups.
- Assist visitors and personnel requiring taxi services including providing taxi company name and number and calling the taxi
- Log, coordinate and manage to completion, facilities service requests
- Maintain and update employee details as required
- Place and manage orders for office supplies, stationery and business cards
- Supporting the mailroom with courier requests and deliveries
- Scheduling facilities conference room bookings
- Supporting Facilities Emergency Response Team in emergency situations according to emergency guidebook
- Providing support to visitors during Facilities emergency situations and notifying designated contacts that the Facilities are currently offline
- Contacting personnel for visitor escorts, controlling access of people passing through lobby. Maintaining visitor's database and ensuring all visitors are issued with visitor passes according to Site Security Policy
- Logging FM service requests and escalating as required
- Reconciling courier invoices
- Support Concierge/ Facilities Coordinator in the execution of meeting services logístical support
- Assist employees with car park bookings for visitors
- Comply with the sites Front Office/ Reception guidelines
- Ad hoc admin tasks as required

Criteria:

- Good and friendly customer service skills
- Good computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional and active
- Able to multi-task and handles pressure effectively
- Good telephone manner and verbal communication

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:
