We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Administrator join a well-established and highly reputable electrical design and construction business of over 17 years located at Stafford.

This position will report to the Director and is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of scheduling with a core focus on delivering an exceptional service experience to all new and existing clientele.

**The responsibilities of this role;**
- Schedule and allocate work activities/resources between customers and field staff
- Accurately entering and updating customer data
- Assist with arranging quotes, processing purchase orders and organising material/equipment hire
- Contribute to general administration duties as required

**About You**
- Previous rostering, scheduling or project administration experience (3-5 years)
- Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a strong client service focus
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently whilst ensuring a high level of attention to detail
- Willingness to adapt to change and have a flexible working approach
- Previous experience using ERP system (ideally SIMPRO)
