If you have administration and/or accounts experience or training, (particularly with Xero or similar) and you like the idea of working in retail - particularly in the swimming pool industry, then this position may be the one for you.

While an understanding of administration and accounts will be necessary in this role, full training in the retail swimming pool industry will be provided to those who require it.

**LOCATION**:Stafford (Brisbane North)

Based on the north side of Brisbane with 3 retail shops located at Stafford, Eatons Hill and Bribie Island, Waterama services customers from Brisbane city north to Beerburrum and Bribie Island.

Preference will be given to those with any of the following attributes:

- Administrative duties within a retail store
- Retail / Customer Sales experience - particularly in Pools or Irrigation
- In field Service / Technical work in Pools or Irrigation

**Duties Include**:

- Greeting & Caring for Customers in an appropriate and professional manner
- Answering Telephones in a professional manner
- Performing water tests on swimming pool samples
- Providing Appropriate and accurate Advice to customers
- Assisting customers to purchase the correct products or spare parts for their needs
- Entering data into Xero
- Reconciling accounts in Xero
- Entering Data accurately into computers relative to sales, incoming stock, invoicing, receipts, stock-takes, pricing etc
- Ordering of Stock
- Receiving in of goods
- Re-stocking product into the shop for retail
- Preparing Quotes
- Following up Customers for Sales
- Following up Customers for final payments
- General Retail Shop Duties

**Hours of Work**:
The successful applicant will be required to work at varying times - 5 days a week - including weekends on a roster system.

**Remuneration includes**:

- A wage or salary according to age & experience / skills
- A commission system based on varying sales and other kpi's

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stafford, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
