Jump into ING’s International Trainee Programme in Business Banking - an 18-month adventure for ambitious grads who want to shape the future of finance. **What you’ll do**
- Complete three rotations across Business Banking teams, including one international assignment.
- Support strategic projects such as SME lending, onboarding new business customers, and enhancing digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and boost operational efficiency.
- Analyse market trends and customer data to help inform business decisions.
- Present your insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Participate in structured learning, coaching, and ongoing professional development throughout the program.
