Ready to make an impact?
What you'll do
Complete three rotations across Business Banking teams, including one international assignment.
Support strategic projects such as SME lending, onboarding new business customers, and enhancing digital products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and boost operational efficiency.
Analyse market trends and customer data to help inform business decisions.
Present your insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Participate in structured learning, coaching, and ongoing professional development throughout the program.
What we're looking for
Graduated between 2023 and 2025 with a university or master's degree, holding an excellent academic record and up to two years of professional experience
Based in Sydney
Genuine passion for business banking, innovation, and customer experience
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Global mindset and willingness to work internationally
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with an interest in ESG/sustainability
Involvement in extracurricular activities, leadership roles, or relevant internships/side jobs
