**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and development.
- Ensure high standards of client care and service are consistently maintained.
- Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
- Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring clinic expenses.
- Oversee inventory, ordering of supplies, and maintenance of clinic equipment.
- Conduct training sessions and assessments for staff based on best practices in skin therapy and client care.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Dermal Science/Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
- A qualification in Training and Assessment (such as TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent).

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Managing a clinic/practice: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
