We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and passionate Clinical Care Manager to join a nationally leading Aged Care provider at their 60-bed aged care home in Burwood. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager.

As the Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of nursing and care staff, facilitating continuous improvement activities, and ensuring the completion of all clinical documentation accurately and promptly.

**The Role**:

- Coordinating and overseeing scheduled audits and clinical indicators
- Ensuring relevant resident health records and clinical documentation
- Monitoring medication management to observe best practices
- Leading and managing staff in a clinical aged care setting

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
