Our client is a medium sized national insurance company based in Sydney's North and is looking to add to their team. You will be working within the IT team reporting to the Head of IT & the CIO.

**Daily duties**:

- Assisting staff with system issues, as necessary
- Submitting support requests to system vendors as necessary and following them through to completion
- Running End of Week and End of Month processes, as necessary
- Performing Weekly and Monthly Reporting
- Maintaining configuration tables for changes required from time to time
- Great communication skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 environments
