**About the Company**
As Australia’s largest ASX listed staffing company, we are offering a fantastic opportunity for a credit officer to join our national shared services credit team in Fortitude Valley, Queensland

Our credit team is responsible for managing the accounts receivable and credit function for 26 PeopleIN entities so this is a position that is fast-paced, high volume and will be perfect for you if you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding role with the support of a dynamic, friendly team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debt and maintaining accurate account reconciliations.

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience (at least 3 years) with a focus on understanding best practice techniques for credit control
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and handle complex situations
- Demonstrates an understanding of client and stakeholder needs
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with a large ERP desirable
- Strong attention to detail

As a Credit Officer your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Processing daily banking and customer allocations
- Client onboarding and credit risk assessments
- Manual invoicing and accounts inbox management
- Monitoring overdue accounts and taking appropriate actions in line with our credit policies
- Resolving invoice disputes with payroll, operations team and clients
- Report preparation
- Internal stakeholder management
- Providing additional administrative support to the National Credit Controller
