The position combines both Payroll and Accounts Payable functions, and offers the opportunity for part-time or flexible working hours from their Moorebank office.
**Payroll**
- Accurately and process employee wages and salaries, bonuses, superannuation, and other compensation components
- Payroll Compliance & Award Interpretation
- Ensuring payslips and tax summaries are accessible to all employees within a reasonable time
- Provide payroll support to employees on pay and conditions and answer relevant enquiries
- Assist with the interpretation of Industry Awards and related compliance obligations
- Payroll administration in all elements of the employee lifecycle including electronic filing
**Accounts Payable**
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Reconciliation of suppliers’ statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Communicating with suppliers and other stakeholders and supplier statement reconciliation
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
**Your experience**
- Previous experience in a similar Payroll/AP role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Keen eye for detail and enjoys identifying process improvements
