PERSOLKELLY is partnering with a major Facilities Management company in finding an Accounts Receivable Officer. In this role you will work with the finance team to generate and finalise invoices for external clients. Someone who is able to work mostly independently, is an excellent communicator and is a self-starter will be well suited to this role.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Daily invoicing through system
- Resolve any billing discrepancies
- Create and send accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Debt collection, cash allocation and management
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Any other ad hoc duties as required to assist the finance team
- At least 3 years' experience in Accounts receivable
- Very strong attention to detail
- Competent with the Microsoft office suite
- Strong customer service and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving ability
