**The Company**

Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for one of Australia's most respected Health Organisations The role is offering a temp to perm position to join a friendly, motivated team.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable, achieving KPI targets across volume, collected revenue and client relationships.

If you are immediately available, have proven experience in a similar role in Health with excellent negotiation skills this role will be a great opportunity.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager you will be responsible for Collection duties.

Some typical duties will involve:

- End-to-end Collections
- Receipting and processing payments
- Reconciliations
- Collections
- Hardship negotiations
- Journals
- Manage Account enquires
- Process and reconcile Medicare funding
- Month end processing
- Providing high level of customer service across a complex portfolio
- Reach KPI targets and deadlines
- Strong understanding of credit policy and compliance

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven experience in a medium to large organisation, with proven experience I Accounts Receivable. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Experience in ERP Accounting systems
