**Remuneration**: $114,314 - $124,449 pa + 12% Superannuation
The Department for Child Protection is currently looking for a **Practice Leader, Restrictive Practices** to join our Adelaide office on a full-time term basis.
**The role is responsible for**:
- Leading the development and management of systems and policies for monitoring and reporting restrictive practices.
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders and key business partners across the department, government and other service providers.
- Contributing to the improvement of policies, procedures, and systems that ensure safe, effective, trauma-informed care for children and youth.
- Coordinating and preparing clear, detailed and timely reports, memos, letters and briefings and monitor appropriate follow up action for management.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Extensive experience delivering culturally responsive, safe care to vulnerable children and families.
- Knowledge of restrictive practices and trauma-informed care for children with complex needs.
- Experience in leading and managing successful projects and programs.

**Essential Qualifications**: A degree level qualification in Social Work which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
