The Role

As our ANZ Operations Support team continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join our team in North Sydney on a casual contract.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Front office and customer service support including welcoming guests, booking meeting rooms and organising drinks/catering where required
- Facilities management tasks include administration of building security/access for employees, maintaining office supplies and scheduling fleet vehicle servicing
- Assisting with preparation of bids and submissions, including print production;
- Organising staff travel, PPE, training and other relevant site requirements
- Contributing to organising company, area and office events as required
- Undertaking administrative activities that contribute to the effective and efficient management of the team
- Maintain project controls systems and procedures that assist in the development and production of project deliverables
- Assisting varying functional groups with administration tasks
- Booking local, interstate and international couriers, as requested, adhering to company guidelines
- Assisting projects in the preparation of project deliverables, documentation and transmittals, as required
- Supporting the financial aspects for the office or project including creation, programming, resourcing and invoicing, as required
- Supporting hiring managers with the onboarding of new employees, if required

About You

Suitable applicants will have/be:

- Experience in administration and/or finance role would be advantageous;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail;
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks with conflicting deadlines;
- The ability to independently deliver on tasks and the confidence to ask for help where needed;
- Good stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively engage with people at all levels of seniority;
- Enjoys taking on a wide variety of tasks - no two days are the same;
- Proficient in MS Office tools;
- Great interpersonal skills and excited to contribute to a safe, fun and friendly work environment;
- Current drivers’ licence.
