**About the Role**
- You will:_
- Provide top-tier daily support of deal execution, while meeting SLAs for turnaround time
- Actively improve efficiency of rep and Deal Desk workflows through process and systems transformations
- Develop deal policies, including “self-serve” guidelines for reps and approval logic and matrices
- Work with Pricing team to optimize discount tolerances, pricing and packaging strategy, and pricing operations
- Work with Billing team to ensure order forms meet requirements for billing and revenue recognition
- You have:_
- 4+ years experience in Deal Desk operations at high-growth SaaS companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including highly effective process documentation
- Very strong commercial acumen and command of negotiation tradeoffs
- Experience developing and utilizing dashboards to monitor Deal Desk request types and response times
- Experience driving operational transformation through process and systems, with a user-centric approach
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles for SaaS
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Docusign CLM, and/or DealHub suite are a plus
- Very strong ownership mindset, high responsiveness and accountability
- Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Sense of humour is a big plus
