The position of Manager, Design and Delivery will provide strategic advice and delivery support for State Library of Queensland building projects.Key responsibilities will include providing authoritative design advice, developing and coordinating design inputs across a number of projects and strategically aligning project initiatives with State Library's policies. Acting as the 'client' representative for State Library, the work will be undertaken in collaboration with Arts Queensland and the Office of the Queensland Government Architect where the role will act as the 'client' representative for State Library.
The Manager, Design and Delivery is critical to ensuring the outcomes and cultural change support required for the implementation of the Space Optimisation Strategy, which is a framework for re-imagining spaces within the award-winning State Library building at South Bank.
