**The Opportunity**

The Melbourne Planning team is seeking skilled Consultants to join our dynamic team This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in both statutory and strategic urban planning to deliver valuable insights on land use, development potential, due diligence, master planning, and the approval process. Your technical knowledge and professional approach will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, driving project success, and fostering long-term partnerships.

**You will**:

- Provide a range of services including advice relating to planning approval lodgement and management, land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans,;
- Draft submissions, proposals and advice for clients;
- Respond quickly and communicating in a clear, concise and transparent manner to internal and external clients;
- Provide input into draft proposals, tenders and submissions for projects;
- Work alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, to deadlines, within budget and with a commercial outcome;
- Prepare weekly timesheets and input to monthly accounts.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in statutory planning required, ideally gained in a consultancy or state / local government environment.
