Your leadership will directly contribute to some of Melbourne's most transformative projects.

You are also adept at building professional networks, both within KBR and externally, and have strong relationships with government departments and industry stakeholders. Your commitment to excellence and collaborative approach will help drive our projects forward.

Your Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in planning or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in statutory and strategic planning, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning approvals processes for major and complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring junior planners.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in business development or marketing activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eligibility for membership in a professional planning association.

**Why KBR?**

At KBR, we value our people and are committed to creating an environment where they can thrive.

We offer flexible, family-friendly working arrangements, with flexibility in both hours and location. You will have access to continuous professional development opportunities, and the chance to work alongside industry-leading professionals. KBR employees also benefit from up to 8 additional hours of accrued flexible leave every 4 weeks.
