Recruitment Specialist

This permanent position is available for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to source (mainly) Field staff nationally, in 4 states.

Reporting to the HRM, you will enjoy the variety of this high volume role

undertaking hiring activities including;
- Placing and updating job advertisements
- Conducting reference checks
- Actively engage with potential Team Members and proactively source and engage new apprentices
- Database maintenance including casual workers
- Liaising with employment programmes including school, TAFE career advisors and IPO (industry Placement Officers)
- Scheduling induction training with Operations

**Your previous experience includes;**
- Experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Recruiter
- Understanding of relevant Awards and Agreements
- Hands-on experience with various job sites and recruitment software
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche websites
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
