**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a UK-based franchisor who owns and manages multiple franchise locations in Australia. This role requires a seasoned EA who can seamlessly coordinate business operations across different time zones, manage a complex calendar, and provide high-level administrative support. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the franchisor’s daily schedule runs smoothly, handling both professional and personal tasks, and acting as a key point of communication with franchisees and stakeholders in Australia.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the franchisor, including calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination across UK and Australian time zones.
- Act as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, handling inquiries, facilitating communication, and managing follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents required for meetings or projects.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with project management, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met across the franchisor’s business operations.
- Organise and coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance and the franchisor is fully briefed.
- Support in the execution of key business and personal tasks to ensure the franchisor’s time is optimised.

**About You**

You’re a highly organised professional who thrives on supporting others and keeping things running smoothly. You bring:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives, preferably in a multi-location or international business.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules across multiple time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a franchise or multi-location business environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
