Are you passionate about advancing sustainable farming through digital and data-led efficiencies?

The Program Manager, Precision Farming will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from discovery to validation and demonstration. This role requires a high-energy, hands-on, and pragmatic approach, working with the latest in ag tech and ag data practices. Your day could vary from presenting projects in a boardroom to assisting in the stock yards, validating new technologies. With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability, you will bring together multiple stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for project owners. Effective communication and an appreciation for working in an agile team environment are essential for success.

Applicants are expected to hold a current and valid NSW Class C Driver’s Licence. Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are also required.

As part of this recruitment process, a pre-employment functional screening is required.

**About you**
- Extensive knowledge and experience in managing operational, financial, and administrative activities of digital agriculture projects
- Proven experience in staff supervision and the ability to motivate others in a complex business environment
- Understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices applicable to farm operations, with the ability to assess and mitigate potential risks
- High level written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience using digital technologies to support decision-making and data recording
