We are seeking to hire a Junior designer in a full time capacity who has a passion for design and the ability to clearly translate their conceptual ideas into digital visual presentations. This is a position where you can really use the full potential of your creative flair with a vast range of projects utilising the latest in AV tech, LED lighting and materials to deliver maximum wow factor for our customers.

This entry level role will see you mentored and provided with on the job training by experienced senior design staff in developing new products for both our standard product range and bespoke offerings to suit specific venue requirements. As you gain experience project estimating and sales opportunities will also become an available avenue for further career progression.

Precision Signs is a digital signage and display company based in the NSW Riverina city of Wagga Wagga. Employing 35+ staff our products are seen in hospitality venues right across Australia. This role requires someone who has:

  • Basic understanding of 3d cad software and adobe platform.
  • Coreldraw and or Adobe suite experience.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn, we are a relatively small team built on can-do attitude and delivering positive outcomes for each other and our customers.

Tasks will include:

  • Create conceptual digital signage and display solutions to compliment our standard product range.
  • Create conceptual digital signage and display solutions to suit bespoke, site specific installations. Complementing existing design and material elements into concepts.
  • Assist with R&D projects with design and drawings.
  • Assist with development of marketing materials.
  • Provide support as required for product R&D.
  • Efficiently manage your time to meet deadlines set by managers within internal job management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
