Join their mission to reshape the landscape of superannuation and create meaningful change. **About the Role**:Bookkeeper & Finance Analyst Joining a close knit team, you will collaborate closely with your job share partner to effectively manage the company's Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, reconcile balance sheets, and oversee payments. This is a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and driving financial stability and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with your job share partner to ensure seamless management of the company's P&L statements, balance sheets, and payment processes. - Reconcile financial accounts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures. - Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance. - Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and processes. **About You**: Number one on our client's wish list (next to the technical skillset) is a real get up and GO attitude - they are looking for a real "DOER" (or two actually).
