**Position overview**

Research and Innovation Services at the Australian National University is responsible for high quality services and advice at both an operational and strategic level in supporting the University’s research endeavours. The ANU is a research-intensive University, with academics committed to solving problems through big picture and applied research.

The Research Contracts Office within Research and Innovation Services delivers contract negotiating, coordinating and management services across the University, servicing all research and research related contracts. The Research Contracts Manager provides leadership and direction to the Contracts Office staff who are organised into two teams with expertise in STEM and a HASS research contracts. The Manager reports to the Head, Research Governance and Services and is responsible for providing support and strategic advice to the Research and Innovation Services leadership as well as University and College level delegates.
