**Are you a skilled Contracts Manager/Procurement Specialist open to short term contracts?**
Situated in the heart of Canberra, our client is one of Australia’s most highly regarded institutions.
Approach Consulting have been engaged to assist in finding a Contracts Manager to join the Procurement team on a 6-month contract, non-ongoing.
In this role, you will be working with the Chief Procurement Officer in the management and performance of vendor commercial relations, providing specialist advice and assistance for the provision of procurement and contract services to the institution. This is a non-IT contracts role.

As this is an urgent requirement for our client it is imperative that you have the previous Contract Management experience necessary to perform the role with mínimal intervention from the wider team. You will be fully supported in covering any potential knowledge or skill gaps where required.
**_Does this sound like you?_**
Ideally, you have 4+ years experience in procurement/contract management with an understanding of Commonwealth Procurement rules.
You have proven experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and exceptional stakeholder management.
