**About the role**
As a Recruitment Consultant at Framework Health you will be responsible for:

- Managing the full recruiting lifecycle & helping clients find, hire & retain quality talent.
- Working closely with clients to gain a full & comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position.
- Conducting business development activities for new clients and also existing clients.

**What you will need to succeed in the role**
- Relevant employment experience and/or sales experience will be highly regarded (we are also keen to speak to trainees).
- An engaging & honest approach.
- Determined to work hard & be rewarded for your efforts.
- Motivated to accomplish & reach goals.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
