Mount Arthur South is a mine based in Muswellbrook NSW.

**About The Role**

Thiess are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Administrator to provide support to the onsite health and safety team at Mt Arthur South. As the Health & Safety Administrator you will develop and maintain office support services and systems whilst ensuring timely and effective administration to the wider project function.

Additionally you will:

- Demonstrate visible safety leadership
- Participate in weekly field leadership
- Actively ensure that all necessary support to the project function on site is effectively conducted
- Analyse database information to perform studies on aspects of the operation and highlight issues as they become apparent.
- Organise and maintain a filing system to store base data and reports so that they can be easily referenced
- Assist others to meet business objectives ad actively contribute skills, ideas and experience to enhance results in work-based team activities.
- Look for ways to standardise, simplify and continually improve systems and processes.

- You will be able to work autonomously and build effective workplace relationships across the site
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- You will have strong administrative skills with the ability to bring innovation and a willingness to try different solutions
- You will be goal oriented and have the ability to deliver on agreed results
- You will act honestly and with integrity always
