About this RoleWe are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the next phase of ECTARC's brand and marketing evolution. This is an opportunity for someone skilled to shape a brand in a sector that makes a real difference. This dynamic role merges strategic vision with hands-on execution, elevating our brand visibility to support growth. As part of the management team, you will partner closely with leaders across Early Childhood, Training Services, Finance, Operations, and the CEO to ensure our marketing initiatives provide measurable results.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with ECTARC's vision and strategic goals.
- Drive the profile and recognition of ECTARC in the communities we currently serve and in communities we hope to grow.
- Plan and deliver national, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and PR, ensuring alignment with ECTARC's product offering.
- Shape and strengthen brand identity, market positioning, and user engagement across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content and design assets, while managing external creative partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and identifying cost-efficient opportunities that maximise impact.
- Track, analyse and report on marketing performance and platform metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform strategy and campaign optimisation.
- Develop creative briefs and oversee the production of marketing materials, branded assets, and promotional items (internal and external).
- Identify and cultivate new projects and partnership opportunities that align with ECTARC's values and strategic objectives.
- Oversee ECTARC's marketing activities.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong history in brand strategy and execution.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred).
- Excellent organisational skills, with a strategic, proactive, self-motivated and hands-on approach.
- Experience with PR and digital marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Skills in Canva, META Ad Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite or relevant marketing software/tools (not mandatory).
