**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
This is an exciting new opportunity ideally suited to recent graduates seeking full-time, ongoing employment.

CLIENT

Our client is a tertiary education provider based in Parramatta, with a large in-house legal team that requires an additional support resource for at least the next 12 months.

POSITION DUTIES

The position involves a range of administrative operations in a high-volume legal environment including:

- Assist in the management of the reception of the legal department
- Organising meetings and travel arrangements
- Processing invoices and expenses
- General legal administrative support including research and preparation of contracts and other legal documents, and liaison with clients and relevant key stakeholders
- Provide ongoing assistance to the Executive Legal Officer (General Counsel)
- Triage and investigate requests for legal services made by internal stakeholders
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the institution’s website, with specific focus on the legal obligations in respect of same
- Provide other legal support duties as directed by senior staff

YOUR BACKGROUND

Applicants must be available full time for the next 12 months and can expect to work from the institution’s legal office located in Parramatta for the duration of the contract.

Thereafter you may be invited to interview with Yegal initially followed by both video / in person interviews with a panel convened by the client.
