**About you**

The Reports Officer role involves formulating reports, letters and providing updates on all participants to relevant stakeholders. The individual will work in a team and liaise with other departments to ensure reports are submitted on time.

**As the job Reports Officer, your role will include but not be limited to the following**
- Complete monthly updates;
- Complete progress reports;
- Produce high quality updates, reports, letters and documentation overall;
- Prepare all correspondence needed by the business (Subpoena’s, housing letters, letters of support etc);
- Consistently overlooking daily progress notes by support staff and raising concerns to relevant departments;
- Intervene with inadequate reports sent by support staff;
- Contact support staff for not sending in reports;
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding participant updates;
- Communicate all relevant information to relevant departments;
- Actively incorporate a person-centred approach in all written and verbal communication;
- Actively work within a trauma-informed approach in all written and verbal communication.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
