**About the Role**

We are looking for a **passionate Trainer & Assessor** to join our friendly, high-performing team on a **casual** basis (**4-5 days/week at moment**).

You will be

✔**teaching and assessing students on campus**

✔**visiting and assessing students on work placement as needed**.

**What You’ll Need**

To be successful in this role, you should:

- **Have industry experience** in aged care, disability, or home/community care.
- **Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)** or equivalent.
- **Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support** or equivalent.
- **Be passionate about teaching and guiding students**.
- **Be a great communicator and a team player**.
- **Have basic IT skills** (we’ll support you if you need help).
- **Provide references from 2-3 Australian employers**.
- **Be reliable, punctual, and able to complete marking on time**.
- **Commit to ongoing professional development (CPD)**.
- **Be open to improving training and assessment tools**.
- **Have a car and a valid driver’s licence** (as this role requires travel to work placement sites or you are willing to travel with public transport).
- **Be fluent in Mandarin and English**

**Not Essential but a Plus**
- Experience using aXcelerate.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience
