**VET TRAINERS & ASSESSORS**
Sydney based

We are a newly established CRICOS Registered Training Organisation and are seeking interested vocational programme Trainers & Assessors to join our academic team.

The role is best suited for Trainers & Assessors who are seeking either contract work or full-time employment and are skilled to deliver any of the range of the courses listed below:

- BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership Management
- BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
- BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
- BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
- ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Cyber Security)
- ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology (Cyber Security)
- ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology (Cyber Security)

**About the role**

As the VET Trainer & Assessor for the abovementioned VET programmes, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Delivery of quality training and assessment of theory and simulated practical lessons.
- Mark’s student assessments in a timely manner
- Maintain compliant student files.
- Provide regular reports on student progress.
- Support students throughout the course
- Develop session plans to support your delivery.
- Skills and experience

**Training & Assessment**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus related qualifications and or experience for the aforementioned VET programmes.
- A diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Diploma level qualification in related VET programmes area or higher
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in the field
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills

**The role will include the following**:

- Deliver training via face-to-face classroom sessions and sometimes remotely (i.e virtual classrooms).
- Assess students via practical assessments and online assessments.
- Undertake regular VET and industry professional development to maintain currency.
- Liaise with students in both physical and virtual environments to ensure they are supported and progress through their programmes appropriately
- Liaise with the administration team to ensure student records are up to date.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able and willing to fully comply with Code of Ethics
- Must be able to speak English fluently.
- Must be reliable easily contactable.

**Job Type**: Contract and or permanent

**Contract length**: 12 months

**Salary**: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour or if full time a market comparable annual salary

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
