**Why join us as a Barista Trainer?**

Your role is to provide high quality, professional barista/coffee training and support for key accounts and café customers.** **You’ll join a team of people passionate about all thing’s coffee, you'll create meaningful relationships with both your customers and colleagues. An addition to this, you’ll be continuously learning, keeping up with the latest industry trends and regulation as well as striving for excellence.

Based in Sydney, this is part-time role. Like any trainer position, it involves regular regional travel, typically once a month. You will be working onsite at cafes and customer sites, and occasionally at our North Strathfield office.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a coffee enthusiast who is eager to share their barista skills and knowledge with our coffee network. You’ll be a team player who equally values autonomy as you manage your time out on the roads. You’ll be excited by the opportunity to continually enhance your coffee knowledge and to join a company that values tomorrow.
