**The Role**
Land Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems (LC4S) Branch is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and skilled Business Intelligence Officer to provide high-level business management support to Land Command, Control, Communication and Computing Systems (LC4S) Branch. Working within LC4S Branch HQ, the role is fast paced and requires strong organisational skills and a responsive, customer focused approach. The position is responsible for a broad range of activities, which may include workforce and recruitment, business analysis, security management, contract management support, records management, office administration and workplace health and safety.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the LC4S Branch vision of delivering reliable, robust LC4 Capability and achieve high quality outcomes.
**About our Team**
The Joint Systems Division within CASG is a world-leading complex enterprise with a heavy dependence on information technology and its personnel. Land C4 Systems Branch acquires, integrates and sustains Command, Control, Communication, and Computer Systems to Army and Joint Force.
The Branch HQ Team is a high performing, collaborative team, responsible for supporting the Executive Director to effectively manage the corporate performance and decision support functions across the Branch.
- Highly motivated, organised and proactive team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience working in an administration or support role, identifying opportunities for improvement, with a proven track record of delivering quality business outcomes;
- Experience in the development and implementation of procedural, administrative and business support documentation, aligning with business requirements;
- Willingness to show initiative to resolve problems and progress work to meet business objectives; and
- Effectively communicate insight derived from analysis to support decision-making.
