**How will I help?**

As the Specialist - Strategy and Design, your role is to support Strategy and Design Senior Managers with operational strategy and design thinking to drive transformation for the Business Division. This role reports to the Strategy and Design Lead.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Contributing to the strategic problem solving process with the wider team, including the scoping of work, problem definition, hypothesis generation and work planning
- Collating and providing analysis to inform end-state strategic work, including the development of operating models and roadmaps
- Preparing material and status updates to facilitate presentation to working groups, executive sponsors and steering committees for endorsement and decision-making

**What do I need?**

An appetite to learn at pace, solving key strategic problems for the Division. This role is ideally suited for someone who has recently finished their graduate program or is early in their career and is looking to transition into advisory style work within the bank and learning how we develop Transformation Strategy. Any experience in Financial Analysis or Transformation Delivery related fields experience is desirable, though not mandatory.
